Jared is one of two PEG co-chairs with primary responsibility for Programming and Career Services. Prior to business school, Jared was as an associate at KRG Capital Partners, a private equity firm in Denver, where he focused on healthcare, business services, and oilfield services. Before KRG, Jared was an investment banking analyst with William Blair in Chicago. Jared graduated from the University of Wisconsin, and is working with Pritzker Group for the Booth Private Equity Lab before joining Norwest Equity Partners as an intern this summer.

Russell is one of two PEG Co-Chairs covering the treks (Bay Area) and case competitions. Originally from Austin, Texas, Russell attended Claremont McKenna College where he majored in economics and played collegiate tennis. After Claremont McKenna, Russell was employed by Bank of America Merrill Lynch ("BAML") as an investment banking analyst in their Los Angeles office, where he worked on a variety of transactions across many different industries - from syndicated film financings to for-profit education IPOs.
After BAML, Russell moved to Denver, Colorado to work for KRG Capital as an Associate. KRG Capital is a middle-market, generalist, private equity firm, currently investing out of its $2 billion fund. KRG's investment strategy focuses on fragmented industries where platform growth can be achieved both organically and through "add-on" acquisitions. At KRG, Russell worked with a variety of portfolio companies and pursued deals spread across multiple sectors; however, he spent the majority of his time working within the healthcare space, both medical device and services.
Russell is currently interning at Sterling Partners and this summer will be working for DaVita Healthcare Partners.

Max is one of two PEG Co-Chairs with primary responsibilities for Programming & Career Services. Prior to business school, Max was an associate at GTCR, a private equity firm in Chicago where he focused on growth business services and financial technology. Prior to GTCR, Max was an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he concentrated on real estate, gaming and leisure. Max graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a BSBA in Finance & International Business.

Andrew is one of two PEG Co-Chairs responsible for planning the annual Booth Private Equity Conference. Prior to business school, Andrew was an associate at Austin Ventures, a venture capital and middle market private equity firm in Austin, TX. Before joining Austin Ventures, Andrew was an investment banking analyst in the Dallas, TX office of Greenhill & Co., where he primarily focused on transactions in the power and utility industries. Andrew is originally from Wisconsin and graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Finance, Investment & Banking and Risk Management & Insurance. Andrew is currently interning with Pfingsten Partners in Chicago as part of the Booth Private Equity Lab.

Alison is one of two PEG Co-Chairs covering the treks (New York) and case competitions. Prior to business school, Alison was an associate at Castle Harlan and Turnspire Capital, both generalist middle market private equity firms based in New York. Before working in private equity, Alison was an investment banking analyst with Deutsche Bank focusing on media and telecom. Alison graduated magna cum laude from the University of California with a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration. As part of the Booth PE / VC Lab, Alison interned with Knox Capital.

Tom is a PEG Co-Chair with primary responsibility for Communications. Prior to business school, Tom was as an associate at Wynnchurch Capital, a value-oriented private equity firm in Chicago. Before Wynnchurch, Tom was an investment banking analyst with Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Global Industrials Group. Tom graduated with Highest Distinction from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. This summer, Tom is interning with HKW, a middle-market private equity firm. Tom is also a co-chair of the Booth Golf Club.

Prior to business school, Matt worked as an associate at Thoma Bravo, a private equity firm in Chicago, where he focused on transactions in tech-enabled business services, application software and financial services. Before Thoma Bravo, Matt was an investment banking analyst at Lazard. Matt was a James Scholar at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and graduated with Honors with a BS in Finance.
