2016-2017 Co-Chairs

Tim Bechtold - tbechtol@chicagobooth.edu
Tim is a PEG co-chair and has primary responsibility for the San Francisco Private Equity Trek. Prior to Booth, Tim was a senior associate at Frontier Capital, a middle-market software and technology services-focused private equity firm in Charlotte. Prior to Frontier, Tim was an investment banking analyst with BB&T Capital Markets. Tim graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. As part of the Booth Private Equity Lab, Tim is currently interning with Baird Capital in the firm's Healthcare and Technology Services groups.

Kevin is one of the two PEG co-chairs with primary responsibility for Programming and Career Services. Prior to Booth, Kevin was an associate at Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company, a middle-market healthcare focused private equity firm in Chicago. Prior to BPOC, Kevin was an investment banking analyst with Houlihan Lokey's Healthcare Group. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Kevin worked as an investments associate at Grosvenor Capital Management. Kevin graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance and a BA in Economics. As part of the Booth Private Equity Lab, Kevin is currently interning with Pfingsten Partners.

Chase is one of two PEG co-chairs with primary responsibility for Programming and Career Services. Prior to business school, Chase was as an associate at Trive Capital, a middle-market private equity firm in Dallas, where he focused on investments in the automotive, aerospace & defense, and distribution sectors. Prior to Trive, Chase was an investment banking analyst with Houlihan Lokey's Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Dallas. Chase graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance. As part of the Booth Private Equity Lab, Chase is currently interning with PSP Capital Partners.

Felix Heurich - felix.heurich@chicagobooth.edu
Felix is a PEG co-chair with primary responsibility for the East Coast Private Equity Trek. Prior to Booth, he was a Senior Associate at McKinsey's Frankfurt office. As a member of the PE Practice, he advised leading institutional investors across Europe and the Middle East. Further, he gained experience in investment banking and transaction advisory during internships at Lazard and EY. Felix holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a MSc in International Finance from HEC Paris.

Jared is one of the two PEG co-chairs with primary responsibility for the conference. Prior to Booth, Jared was a vice president at Quilvest Private Equity, a middle-market family office in New York focused on consumer/retail, business services and manufacturing/industrials. Prior to Quilvest, Jared was an investment banking analyst with Lazard Middle Market. Jared graduated from Northwestern University with majors in International Studies and Communications and a minor in Economics.

Donnacha is a PEG co-chair with primary responsibility for Communications. Prior to business school, Donnacha was an Associate at Baird Capital, a middle-market private equity firm in Chicago, where he focused on investments in the healthcare sector. Prior to Baird Capital, Donnacha was an investment banking analyst with Piper Jaffray's Healthcare Group. Donnacha graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Finance. Donnacha is also a co-chair of the Booth Health Care Group.

Nick is one of two PEG co-chairs with primary responsibility for the Private Equity Conference. Prior to business school, Nick was an associate at Flexpoint Ford, a middle-market private equity firm in Chicago, where he focused on investments in the financial and business services sectors. Prior to Flexpoint, Nick was an investment banking analyst with Raymond James' Technology Services Group in Boston. Nick graduated from The University of Michigan with a BBA in Finance.
